Greetings everyall,
Today, we will talk about “The Beginning”. How everything (the world, the people, the universe) came to be. Of course, if we want to know more about God and about us, we have to first know the history. The Bible spoke of Adam and Eve, and how the people of the world came from them. Unfortunately, we have to consider that the Bible we know now is missing quite a number of pages. It is missing information which the structured religion does not want people to know. Why they don’t want us to know? It really does not matter.
Just like in my previous entries, we will be using a dialogue form of conversation. Let us begin with the questions: “Why did God create the world? Why did He create people? What does She want to achieve? What purpose?”
The main reason why God created the world is for God to experience Himself. The same way we cannot experience/know strong if we do not know weak. The same way we cannot experience/know cold if we do not know hot. God created the world and everything in it, so that She experiences being God. This is the purpose.
God is absolute. God is perfect. God is Love. But all these, cannot be experienced if there is nothing to relate to. Thus He created the world of relativity (our world). After the world has been created, God wanted someone to take care of it, to use it, to live in it, and so God created us in Her Likeness and Image. We are God’s creation, we are perfect. We are God, or to be more precise, we are from One soul…. God’s. This explains why together we can achieve EVERYTHING, but divided, we are weak.
Hmm… this makes sense to me. However, I just want to ask… “What role does God play in our lives then?”
Since God created everything and everything is perfect, God only observes. Didn’t God give us Free Will? Nothing we do is ever “wrong” for Him. Nothing is “evil” for Her. Now, we are free to have our conversations with God if we choose to. But God will never make/force us to do anything because that will defy Her gift for us which is “Free Will”. Does this answer your question?
Yes, thank you. I have another question… one from our readers. Wrestlingod said: “You mentioned that God is absolute and perfect. Does that mean God knows exactly what will happen in the future including the choices each and everyone of us will make? If that is so then the status of free will is put into question. Enlighten me on this issue =) Thanks!”
First and foremost, I would like to thank wrestlingod for his interest on this. Well, to answer his question, yes, God is indeed absolute and perfect. However, we have to consider one misconception of “future”. Our future, the future we think of, is not predestined. God has given us the power to create our own future and all God does is observe us. That is the true meaning of Free Will. Well, I hope I was able to clarify this concern.
Well, I ran out of questions to ask. Can anyone help me with this? Please, feel free to ask… you can use the “Guestbook” tab above the page or simply post a comment here for your questions. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Master,
You mentioned that God is absolute and perfect. Does that mean God knows exactly what will happen in the future including the choices each and everyone of us will make? If that is so then the status of free will is put into question. Enlighten me on this issue =) Thanks!

Therefore, it can concluded that God does not know the future since the choices are left to us.

OK, got your point. I think there’s no point here of describing what things God is capable of doing since She is Infinite and everything is possible with Her. =)

I dispute that God(we) are perfect as I see the purpose of life, in the separated form of a body, as a way for God(we) to review ourselves and the choices we make. Somehow in the choices we make we evolve into a better being once we return to the spirit part of ourselves. If we were perfect there would be no need to experience or experiment with himself/ourselves. One must first accept the the premise that God(we) are in some type of evolutionary process before this is accepted.

Hi Marc,
Excellent! I really agree with everything you just said. I just would like to add the idea that: “sometimes, we just want to experience who we are.”
For example… if “Who You Are” is a person of much love and forgiveness. Then surely you would love to experience loving and forgiving others such that you get to experience yourself as “Who You Are”. =) Same goes for God. As a Being of Perfection, I think it somehow makes sense that this Being would want to experience Itself (Himself, Herself) as Who He/She (God) is.
Nonetheless, I am really amazed by your insights. Thank you for being here. =)

Working in and around prisons has exposed me to some truly evil people perhaps even people who were evily pre-disposed from birth. If they continue to choose evil, are they then experiencing evil as who they are, or is it we/God’s attempt to give the evily pre-disposed a change to make better choices as a way to enhance or evolve we/God in general, into a better form of life. I don’t see how having evil in us can be included in a definition of perfection. Please enlighten me further. I know that when I do not act upon my own evil intentions and choose another path I feel much better in general. It does not negate the fact that the evil was still in me and I am just choosing to act differently. By acting differently than evil do we improve out lot and make an evolutionary shift for the better? A fairly grand reason to be in physical form, I would say.

Hi Marc,
To answer your question about “good” and “evil”, let us look into the parable of the Little Soul and the Sun. (http://masterderyk.wordpress.com/2007/07/04/the-parable-of-the-little-soul-and-the-sun)
Assuming we have read that parable, I shall explain it a little further here. First, we all exist here in order to experience God’s Perfection (our perfection as a whole). Second, we also know that God is the “All of It”. There is nothing that is not God. God is the “up” and “down”, “good” and “evil”, “right” and “wrong”, “strong” and “weak”… everything is God. Just as how God is Perfect, God also created Himself anew as One who forgot His perfection (we can think of this one as us). In order to fully experience something, we “need” something that is somewhat different to compare with.
Now, if the “evil” people continue to choose evil, then they are experiencing evil as who they are. Yes, this is correct. Looking at things at a broader scale (imagine you are God, the All of It), “evil” is actually “good” since it enables the “good” to experience Who They Are to the fullest. Moreover, there is nothing to be “evil” about. Like I said, evil doesn’t really exist. Since we are all One, then there is really no way of damaging ourselves.. we are all doing it (“good” or “bad”) in order to experience every feeling/aspect that is God. Still with me here?
The evolutionary process.. is actually one that is heading towards looking through the illusion of separation. There is really just One of us. Thus in order for us to truly improve, our definition of “self-interest” must mean… for “All of Us” (which is actually just One). It is actually because we are looking at ourselves as separate (fooled by the illusion) that we do not evolve as quickly as we expect.
I will be discussing more of this on “The Ideal World – Highly Evolved Cultures”. It’s basically some ideas on how Utopia works. =) Hopefully, I’ll complete it by Sunday this week.

Okay…There must be a grander plan that just to “experience himself”. In other words, what purpose does it serve to “know ourselves”? Why bother to know ourselves when we are already perfect. This is why for me the grander pupose is we/God are evolving into better. It does not mean we are flawed, to means we are advancing. Perfect implies we/God have all the answers. Having all the answers means there is no need to experience ourselves. Why bother to experience something that is perfect? If you are perfect why create a bunch of separate parts of yourselve and watch them go zipping aroung? Must be a high purpose than just “perfect”. It’s too easy. I believe that part of the separate illusion is to believe that we/God are perfect in the spirit world.

Hi Marc,
I beg to disagree. Having all the answers does not mean there is no need to experience ourselves. Let me cite an example:
Let us say you know that you love mountains. Simply knowing that you love mountains doesn’t seem enough. You have to experience being in a mountanous area, and then experience being in a place where mountains don’t exist. With this, you get to experience Who You Are as a person who loves mountains better.
Another example: Let us say that you are a person who is against violence. You can never experience it fully by simply “knowing” it. It is much more fulfilling if you are able to declare it to the world (“I am against violence!”), and then living it (ex. by joining movements against violence).
Regarding perfection, this one is a little bit more complex. Perfection entails everything. To be imperfect is also something Perfection can do. Moreover, imperfection is also essential for Perfection to experience itself experientially.
Of course, if everyone of us already has the answer (that we are Perfect), then somehow, this journey of knowing ourselves experiencially is made easier. =) I actually find it fun that we are given the gift of forgetfulness (to forget Who We Really Are). In order for us to recreate ourselves anew.
Anyway, don’t worry when things seem to be “too easy”. =) Life and its secret is never meant to be difficult. We are simply making it difficult for ourselves so that we can better experience “searching for the truth”. =)

Okay interesting. If I see perfection as “just is” without putting a value on it then I can see your point better, regarding perfection being everything. Imperfect then can also be seen as valuless so now we have a continum of “just experiencing.” Okay, I think I get it.
Looking at it this way supports the idea that we are all capable of the most evil and the most good, depending upon how any given culture defines it. It would also mean that those people who cannot see how they too are capable of horrific acts are in denial and vis versa. Thanks for the insite.
